Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Tidestone website and related pages (the "Services"). We collect the minimum each function needs, and nothing here involves real-value funds.
What we collect
- Contact. Your email address and your message, if you write to us or ask for updates.
- Scheduling. Your name, email and booking details, if you book a call.
- Technical. Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security, and cookieless aggregate analytics that identify no one.
What we do not collect
Tracking cookies, advertising identifiers and cross-site tracking. Identity documents; we run no KYC at this stage. Bank or card details, government identifiers and biometrics.
Why we hold it
To run and secure the Services, answer you, send updates you asked for, and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are your consent for updates, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, and legal obligation. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions about you with legal effect.
Cookies and analytics
No tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate: they show overall traffic without identifying you or following you across sites.
Providers
Cal.com handles bookings. A cookieless analytics provider measures aggregate usage. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and our hosting and delivery providers serve the pages; each receives your IP address because loading a page requires it. Every provider processes limited data under its own terms, and may process it outside your country, under the safeguards that provider offers and what applicable law requires.
How long we keep it
Only as long as the purpose needs. Server logs are kept briefly, for security. Contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, and a deliberately small data footprint. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not say otherwise.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. We honour these for every user, wherever you are. Email us to exercise one, or to unsubscribe, and we answer within a reasonable time.
Children
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Tell us if you believe a child has given us data and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy as the project develops. The date at the top says when it last changed.
